The size and number of beds helped accommodate our large group along with proximity to the ski resorts.

It was super easy working with everyone at Mountain Top. So much so we didn't have that much interaction except on line. We did duck into the office a little before 4:00 on our check in day and picked up the keys in person. Having the plow clearing the parking area so often was great. We'll definitely use Mountain Top again on our next trip to Timberline.

It's really easy to use mountaintop rentals in the Canaan valley area. We had a great time and will recommend you to friends.

Weve gone to Timberline as a family of 10 for the past 5 years. Happy valley was our favorite home by far! The layout was perfect for 3 families to each have their space. The common areas had plenty of seating and the amenities were all excellent. The kids loved the cubby hole! It was so special for them to have a hideout! The property was beautiful with all the pines and snow. Well be back!

One word, Easy

I have been staying at Timberline every year for more than 20 years. Subsequently, I have stayed in about that many different houses on the mountain (second time in this particular unit). The Location is very nice and there is plenty of seating when eating. The hot tub is better than most. The master bed and pillows are comfortable and cozy.

Simple and smooth

The walk to the slopes was perfect, winter wonder land in that area! We had a blast and it was great to come back for lunch with an easy walk.

They were very helpful and responsive

Highly enjoyed it and recommend to others. It takes a little longer to reach Davis from this deep in Old Timberline than some other places in Canaan Valley, so may not be perfect for everyone if being closer to Davis and Thomas is important to you. But if you want to be near the little lake and have a view of it, while still fairly close to Timberline Mountain, this is a wonderful place for family groups.

Everyone was very helpful, especially in getting an item that we left at the house returned to us.

Good mattresses, good space in living room, nice fireplace.

The team was helpfulnfrom beginning to the end of our vacation. In fact on travel day, without their help we potential would have been in hotel for the first night.We arrived after hours and the ease of receiving keys and directions to property was bare none. Appreciate all the help and definitely will be back.

Hot tub was focus of entire groups weekend, especially during snow fall.

The staff I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable about the various properties and also very accommodating with our request for a late checkout.

Overall nice stay, home was very clean, and best part was the less than 5 min. walk to the Timberline slopes.

We loved how cozy it was for a family of 10 plus a dog. The hot tub was right outside the living room which was nice to get in and out on a snowy day. The vehicles were covered by the porch. The property is so beautiful. The drive way is kinda of steep but as long as you have front wheel drive or all wheel drive then you will be great in the winter. Was very impressed that someone plowed the driveway for us. They keep the roads well treated.

The team members were very responsive! I enjoyed being able to email one person to all questions answered.

Great stay! I appreciated the cleanliness of the house. House was even better in person than in the photos. Very pleased.

20 person family get together. House was perfect for what we needed. Easy access to Canaan and timberline.

Fireplace was nice, and the location

We had a pleasant experience booking with Mountain Top rentals. It was easy to book online and we were able to extend our stay by a day. Becky responded to emails even after regular business hours. I would definitely use this company for future rentals.

My family had a wonderful time at the vacation house. The game room did not disappoint. There were several activities to enjoy such as foosball, ping pong, air hockey and darts. The fenced in back yard is wonderful place for kids to play and we even found a sled to use. The house was stocked with dishes, utensils, soap and even some coffee, sugar and condiments. There were a few minor issues (dishwasher door kept falling open, stove burner not working) but nothing that detracted from our overall stay. The views are amazing and the hot tub is conveniently located on a balcony. The Internet is spotty at times but there are plenty of DVDs and books available, not to mention a chess/checkers table and the game room. I highly recommend this property.
