Mountain Memories is located in the town of Davis and is an inviting 4-bedroom home that has been totally remodeled, tastefully blending the charm of the past with the conveniences of the present and has a new deck to enjoy. It is suitable for families or friends who want the best that the Canaan Valley and Davis areas have to offer. The home is situated minutes from Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley Sate Park, and Canaan Valley Wildlife Refuge. Davis has become a popular haven for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and whitewater rafting, and provides the cameraperson with great shots of the mountains, fall foliage, and winter snow scenes.

The folks at Mountaintop are always pleasant, helpful, and professional.

Very nice property, enjoyed the in town location and the deck. The house is nicely decorated, fitting its 1895 build date. The kitchen is small but nicely outfitted for its size. Note that not listed and not really shown in the pictures, the kitchen has a dishwasher, the stove is gas, there is a washer and dryer, and the deck contains a table and six chairs.

The house is quite old, there are uneven floors and while some people find that quaint I expected more. Also almost all the furniture in the living room had very poor support. That being said, the house is in a great location and close to all things we wanted to do.

Love the well maintained historic home in lovely town of Davis. Beautiful furniture, nice giant bathtub, Great towels, great living room with games and books and comfy seats. Nice big porch with plenty of hooks for changing out of snow clothes

This is my second time renting from MountainTop Realty. The houses are as described, the staff is responsive to emails and friendly and courteous in person.

Our stay was great! And we enjoyed meeting Frankie, the rental pickup mascot! The house was clean, well equipped and felt welcoming. We rented in the winter and the enclosed porch, at the entrance, was excellent for staging all our gear.
