Located on Sand Run Lake with beautiful views of the lake and mountain. Wish upon an evening star while soaking in the hot tub. Early risers can catch the sunrise over the mountain, framed by windows overlooking the lake. The large sleeping loft with full bath enjoys that same view. Wooded, secluded, but easily accessible in all weather with endless possibilities.

OLD TIMBERLINE -
A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

We love the view at this property. We watched the eagle and lots deer. As we sat at the table. The dog fence! We have a fenced in yard at home and it creates challenges when we dont have one on vacation. That is the main reason we choose this property.
