Everyone in the office was incredibly nice and accommodating! After leaving the rental property and being gone well past the 10:30a check out time, we realized that we had left a belonging in the house. Being that we were still in the Davis area, we called to see if we could possibly get the keys back in order to retrieve our forgotten item. Without hesitation the staff at the rental office allowed us to get the keys and return to the house. Very nice to be able to recover our stuff even after we had left. Thank you!

There we're several kitchen appliances, pots and pans that we're rather high-end for a rental property. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great time using them.

Our friends checked in for us since we were coming late. They said they had no problem and the instructions were easy to follow. The cabin was beautiful and the space was perfect for us and our guests. Quiet location. Very peaceful. A true West Virginia experience which is what we were looking for.

The hot tub and the view from the loft. Wish some of the trees across the street could be trimmed so you can see better from the bottom level. Also, there were sooo many books, movies and games galore! Wish I had a week to spend here!

Efficient and friendly

Great stay- we have been renting in Canaan for 10 years over the new year week and this was one of our favorite properties. New appliances and best stocked kitchen with beautiful dishes flat ware glasses etc. New furniture throughout the house. Fireplace worked perfectly no problems with ventilation Great views but on one of the lower roads in Northpoint to make access easy Dog friendly is very important to us and there are limited numbers of nice properties that allow dogs

This was the 1st Thanksgiving that our family was without our 2nd child he is in the service and overseas. Coming to Cinnamon Fern was to be a little distraction. Though he was missed we totally enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back with him. The house was very warm and inviting! The view was nice too.

It was a very nice place to stay. It so peaceful and relaxing to stay there. Also a very private place and nice view. The only thing we didn't like was there were too many steps.

Our experience was pleasant. The front desk staff was helpful in answering our questions and everything was very well explained, having to do with the rental.

The rental property was just as described on the website. It offered a wonderful getaway in a secluded location, but central to all of the local sights and activities. We love the area and the outdoor activities. The fact that we were able to bring our pets and the overall secluded location was wonderful.

Cinnamon Fern was a very nice rental. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area. As is typical for chalets in the mountains, there are a lot of steps. But the house is quite nice with every amenity that we could have needed. I loved the kitchen. I've never had a rental with such a complete kitchen with everything that we could have possibly needed.
