The property has a fully equipped kitchen and enough space for 11 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of room to spread out. We also loved the hot tub and the plentiful outdoor space. We had fun sledding on the property. We left 4 saucer sleds for future guests use. We had an absolute blast. We enjoyed activities in the area, sledding, tubing, shopping and visiting Tip Top coffee shop and bakery and listening to music at Purple Fiddle. Our grandsons aged 3-6 saw their first water fall and had so much fun sledding! We would love to return, maybe in summer or fall.

Our stay at Fern Brook was lovely. The home was very spacious. The kitchen had several small appliances, so no need to bring anything. Plenty of towel towels, which is useful for the lovely hot tub. It had snowed, so it was lovely that they had plowed the driveway and the streets were taken care of through the private neighborhood development. The property is private and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting in the living room by the fireplace with games and puzzles to enjoy. The kids enjoyed their own fun time in the spacious basement. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the closeness to the slopes, the cleanliness of the condo and it was well stocked, absolutely loved that we could bring our dog too!! Pet friendly places can be hard to find.

The team at Mountaintop Realty was amazing. I got emails as soon as I booked the property, and then follow up emails as our date approached. The people who took my calls about early check in and pets and checkout were super friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle on the Slopes. There was plenty of room for our large group - bedrooms, bathrooms and gathering places. We will be returning next year!

Great team, easy to communicate with.

We loved the big open space in the dining and living room - great for a group game night and dinner. The garage area was great for dropping equipment to dry out and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after being out in the cold. Also, the coffee bar was a pleasant surprise, we have some coffee aficionados and it was up to their standards. Loved that we could bring our pups. We treated the house like our own! <3 Beautiful house with a good driveway for the wintertime and plenty of space to get together and recharge. The house was well stocked and had comfy beds. I think this was our favorite house from over the years!

This was our second stay! The layout of the bedrooms is th best!

Fireplace! Entire main level overall is very cozy, and the view is phenomenal. This is our five or sixth year coming to this house, and we love it more each time. The upgrades this year made the property even more welcoming.

Your team is great! Very reactive to messages. System is easy to use.

The attention to detail with respect to the amenities was over the top. Toiletries, kitchen supplies (to include foil, baggies and cling wrap), towels for baths and hot tub, and most assuredly all the adorable throw blankets spread around the living area. That was just so thoughtful! The house is also very beautiful and appealing.

Always a pleasure working with this rental company! This is our 4th time renting through them and the process is always easy and everyone is kind and helpful.

Cant beat the ski in/ski out location near the chair lift!
