From the parking area walk up ten steps to the main floor deck with a seating area and gas grill. Enter into the small home from the dining/kitchen area which flows into the cozy living area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher (integrated into the cabinetry), drip coffee maker and microwave. All cabinets are custom with hidden drawers inside where smaller items are stored. The living area features low profile leather sofas and a wood burning fireplace with Smart TV mounted above it. On the main level as well is the main bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV. There is a shared hall bath with walk in shower and laundry.

Up the spiral stairs is the loft with two double/full beds. Please keep in mind this is not a closed off space and overlooks the living area. Down the spiral stairs is the walk out basement with your own private jacuzzi tub, perfect to use as an indoor hot tub. Out the basement is a small deck looking out to a wooded area.
