A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

The team was very efficient. I received my rental agreement quickly & received a response that it had been received when I emailed it back. We had a problem with our kitchen sink during our stay. I called & just as promised, someone was there to take care of it within the hour....exceptional customer service!

Bear Run was perfect for us! The setting was peaceful & secluded, but still close to everything. I truly wish we wouldve rented it any extra day because the kids didnt want to leave & neither did I. We will definitely be renting this property again.
The house was perfect & exactly as it was described, which was pleasantly surprising. I absolutely loved the kitchen & the amount of cooking utensils/cookware provided. It was perfect for cooking meals with plenty of room for us & all 4 kids. The hot tub was an added bonus, especially after hiking all day.
