OLD TIMBERLINE -
A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

We loved the Spruce Lodge. It was very spacious for all 14 people. The kids and adults loved all the activities in the cabin - pool table, nice size hot tub, ping pong, foosball table. The activities around the cabin were nice - canoeing, horseback riding. Loved the white water rafting at BOA nearby. The cabin was very clean and had all the kitchen appliances you would need to cook with. The large patio was very nice to grill out and hang out on. Loved the whole experience and plan on coming back!!

We had yet another excellent time staying with friends in Dolly Sods. This cabin was one of the most spacious we've ever rented which worked out spectacularly for our group of 14. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and we didn't have to have anybody sleeping in common areas -- the multiple common spaces meant that everybody could wake and sleep at their own schedule. The kitchen was large allowing us to prepare big meals, and the tables on the patio were a great dining space. This cabin is massive and gorgeous.

Loved everything about the property... set up is great .. hot tub was added bonus as well as the pool table and games downstairs. Loved the fact that there were many dining areas and the bedrooms were very complimentary to all with their own bathrooms . The only drawback was the big tv on main floor was not working. Very accessible to towns and restaurants. Couldn't brag enough ... thanks for great experience.
