No issues, easy process.

I had a great time visiting, the house was cozy and comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Came for winter activities but would love to come again for spring/summer.

The hot tub was the star of the show since we had a fresh 15 inches of snow. Had a wonderful time and the property was well maintained

Zigadeaux was excellent. Beautiful layout. Fun entrance. Rooms were well appointed and left us plenty of privacy. Living room and fireplace were wonderful. Hot tub was perfect after a long day hiking.

The Zigadeaux house was comfortable and in a beautiful spot in Davis. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend and would strongly recommend staying at the property. The hot tub was an amazing feature. The property was beautiful.

They are very friendly and helpful. When I first booked the cabin, I was going to go through trip advisor but for some reason they upchargeed me 200 dollars right at the end. I called Mountaintop realty to ask them why that might happen and the team members told me that trip adivisor just does that and there was only a much smaller fee that I had to pay. So I went through the actual Mountaintop website and got the cabin without the added on 200 dollars that trip adiviosr was trying to upcharge me for.

This was our second time at this property as a group and we loved it both times! Thank you for doing what you do. We love everything about it! It feels secluded so that you can actually get away, theres a hot tub, and then design of the inside is beautiful.

As I said, the issue with burnt out light bulbs was handled promptly. The service man check all of the lights in the house and replaced them as necessary. Kudos to him.

We come to Canaan several times a year for over 20 years and always look forward to staying in Northpoint. Zigadeaux has become our favorite home although we have stayed in several other. We love the relaxation of the house. It is very welcoming and inviting. The hot tub is always a highlight

The favorite feature of the property during our stay was the hot tub. Since we stayed for just a weekend, we did not leave the house and it was relaxing to sit in the hot tub.

The staff has always been welcoming and takes care of any needs that arise.

We would not come back as often as we do if we did not love staying in Northpoint. We have been vacationing in Northpoint for over 25 years. We have stayed in numerous houses (the old #21, Brookside, The Cabin, Northpoint of View, Cinnamon Fern Chalet and the last house on the right on Forest Ridge) in the community and Zigadeaux has become our 'go to' property. We love the seclusion of the house almost at the end of the road and the beautiful hot tub.

Loved the roominess of this beautiful clean, well maintained home in the woods. Enjoyed the fall activities. We hiked, enjoyed the caverns, and all the area had to offer.
