The living room was super comfy. The decks and views from inside and out were amazing. Great Adirondack chairs outside. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The grounds were maintained nicely. Overall, it was a very comfortable and clean house. I also loved the proximity of the Dolly Sods trails one road above. I also liked having an office. And, given that this is a pet-friendly property, I was impressed with the cleaning - there was no sign of any dog hair anywhere.

We loved our stay at Cody's. Plenty of room and amenities for all 6 of the guys that came along. Beautiful views and a warm living room to view it from. Fantastic fireplace and very nice kitchen to do plenty of cooking. Fantastic trail systems within walking distance from this property. We will be back to Canaan Valley after this trip for sure.

The fireplace and hot tub! We are also sure the view is also phenomenal, but it was foggy and cloudy the entre weekend we there were there, which was fine because we enjoyed the snow. The TV in the main room was also very nice.

The cleaning staff are also top notch as they houses we have rented through Mountaintop have always been very clean.

We contacted Becky about being low on propane gas for the grill and she took care of it immediately. She sent someone out to the cabin with a new bottle.

We had a wonderful time staying at Codys. We didnt need for anything as the property was the best stocked property weve EVER stayed in! The property was clean. When I opened the fridge it was spotless and I smelt bleach. The hot tub was sparkling. We spent most of our time outside on the main deck Telling stories, laughing, watching deer and some of the most beautiful sunsets. We would absolutely stay at Codys again and we would definitely use Mountain Top Realty again! My only regret was it wasnt cold enough to light a fire in that beautiful fireplace!!
