Description
Timberly is a beautiful contemporary home on a two-acre wooded lot in the gated community of Timberline. Near Canaan Valley Ski Resort.
It has a fully appointed kitchen and all the comforts of home. Enjoy the spacious, gated, gas grill-equipped deck (renters responsible for propane refills), a warm fire next to the stone hearth or a game of pool or foosball in the family game room.
During the summer, take advantage of lake privileges. The house is equipped with wireless internet access, and a variety of reading books, DVDs, and board games.
The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sleeps 12 people and a dog or two.

OLD TIMBERLINE -
A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

This trip was the easiest one to plan in our vacation travels. This was due to the organization, quick response, and follow up provided by Mountain Top Realty. Becky was AMAZING and helped us out with last minute changes to our plans. She answered every question we had knowledgably and professionally. She contacted us throughout the process with the next steps and updates as our travel date approached. When we checked in, the office was very friendly and welcoming. Best rental group hands down!

We really enjoyed ourselves despite the weather. Lots of games and entertainment for the whole family. It rained a lot while we were there so we spent a lot of time indoors. we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and the large lot size of the property. We also enjoyed how the space was laid out and all the room that everyone had to either get together or find a quiet space. The hot tub was fantastic for warming up after a day in the rain.

The property is conducive to a nice, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our stay. We will use your service again but perhaps check out another property similar to this house with better back yard. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels ect. Very comfortable beds and kitchen and living room furniture. Plenty of games and VHS movies..ect. Its a beautiful place! Love the hot tub!!

Your team was absolutely wonderful!!! Becky, thank you for letting us know we could access Dolly Sods right from Timberline. I did not know that was the case when I contracted the rental but was so happy to find out. It is an excellent place for hikers to stay. The hiking from the access on top of the hill was phenomenal. We loved it.

This is a well-furnished older home that was clean and bright. The kitchen was especially well-equipped for cooking and entertaining, and there was plenty of parking, although the driveway is steep and would demand use of a 4-wheel drive vehicle in snow. The hot tub was excellent, the fire pit had plenty of firewood, and the kitchen was superbly outfitted for all cooking and serving.
