Really great time. Loved the house and the relaxation it brought my family. The house was set up nicely. There was a good mixture of beds for the adults and the kids. We loved having the pool table, ping pong, and air hockey table inside. We got a lot of use out of them. We also liked having the hot tub and fire pit. They were both great things. It was nice to be able to just take off walking outside.

When your vacation is only for a week you can't afford to wait 3 days to have an issue addressed.

Overall I was happy with our stay at the Beard Den. The cabin was large and accommodating. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It had spices, plenty of cooking utensils, and a dish washer. It made it much easier to cook for a group of people.

The team was fantastic. We had actually rented another property prior to our arrival in the area and there was a communication issue with the owner and we were not allowed access to the home once we arrived in the area so we were stuck without a place to stay. I found the website, searched and found a property that was available and called in the morning, was able to go right over to the office and they allowed us entry right away. They couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. Needless to say my stress level dropped significantly and I was able to enjoy our mountain weekend.

The hot tub was nice, as well as the layout of the house with bottom level that included a full bath, two bedrooms, a 'living space' area complete with small fridge and microwave.
