Smooth transaction and easy check in after hours.

This property was very enjoyable. The hot tub took a little while to heat up, but once we got the snow off the top of the cover, it went much more quickly. We appreciate the plow coming through before our arrival so that we had no problem parking in the driveway. Thank you for leaving additional fire wood next to the front door for use in the fireplace!

They were great to work with and when we arrived at our rental house without firewood. They allowed us to get our own firewood for the night and then they delivered more firewood the next morning.

House just needs a little attention, but we had a great stay.

I worked with Becky. She was always kind and helpful. We had no issues with getting to the property or payments. Every interaction went smoothly. I even called one day to ask questions and she kindly chatted with me about the property we would be renting.

Absolutely loved this property. My family really wants to go back. A big thank you to the homeowner for sharing with us.

Very helpful, no problems.

We could not get the gas stoves to work, but the heating was good otherwise. I really like a wood burning stove but the space was wonderful and everyone enjoyed their stay. Might consider returning if they had a big deck out back.

Great location to Timberline slopes... at bottom of hill so even better... no worries about driving up hill in the snow. Loved the space. Lots of bedrooms, baths, and seating areas.

Becky was very nice and helpful and a delight to talk to.

Overall a good experience. Had a good time with friends. Would come back again.

Three Bears is an updated, attractive and clean property. The views from the master bedroom are excellent. After a long day of skiing, there is nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub!

Mountaintop Realty is the BEST TEAM out there!! In our 25+ years of coming to this area, they have been the most helpful, reliable and dependable rental agency we have experienced. Friendly and always accommodating staff! Could not ask for a better or more attentive agency! They also have a great selection of wonderful properties to choose from. Keep up the good work!

The Corie Taigh property is huge! Will accommodate a very large number of people well! It is well equipped and very functional. It is easy to get to without 4-wheel drive vehicles, and it offers a very nice view of the mountains and ski resorts. The furnishings are starting to show their age and should soon be upgraded, but it is not extremely uncomfortable either. The driveway is big enough to handle several vehicles, which is a plus!
