Mountaintop Realty has always been so easy to work with. They are accessible before and during your stay.

We have been using Mountaintop realty the past 3 times we have been to Canaan Valley. The house is always clean and exactly what the descriptions are. They are well stocked and make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

I have rented thru Mountaintop Realty many times over the years. I've not had a bad experience with staff over the phone and in person. Communication is easy and open.

the Secured Gated Community being 24/7 is reassuring. the Beautiful view from the balcony is stunning, peaceful and relaxing. the exceptionally Well-Equipped kitchen is ready for any meal preparation. the master suite and en suite are perfectly planned out with spectacular views. the spacious living areas on all levels .. most everyone enjoyed playing billiards.

The team was wonderful. We have been visiting Canaan Valley for 30 years, and we keep coming back because we love the area and we are always treated so kindly. Wonderful experience.

Our family vacation was great. We had 3 generations, aged 5 months to 72 years. We all found something wonderful about the house and the area. We appreciated the privacy and solitude of this house. We had a wonderful time and will continue returning year after year.

The view from the deck was lovely and relaxing! The property suited our family perfectly. Being able to bring our dogs with us was a plus. And the resort was beyond dog-friendly, which was nice.

They were awesome! If anything was needed they were right on it!

The house was absolutely beautiful and surrounded by the woods. It was Nice and quiet and so nice to get in the hot tub at night. It was nice to have 3 ponds and two lakes close and available for us to fish in. There was also a nice hiking trail that we found and goes into Dolly sods.

Everything was close to the property that we wanted to see. Nice, secluded area, the hot tub was great. Plenty of games supplied and the guest Roku was a nice bonus.

Mountain Top Realty was very easy and accommodating to work with and very helpful when I called for additional information. They have a good selection of rentals and I don't foresee using another realty company in the future.

We really enjoyed the house in Aspen Village. It was well kept, very comfortably furnished and very pleasant. It served my family very well and we hope very much to use it again in the future.
