Unique property in ideal location for Purple Fiddle and Blackwater Falls State Park

The Mountain Top Rentals team went above and beyond to be flexible with us as our travel dates were heavily impacted by my wifes health and ability to travel. Beck and the team were very accommodating as we shifted dates last minute and repeatedly extended our stay. We are truly grateful to the team for being so considerate and working with us.

The house had some excellent features including excellent kitchen appliances and utensils, nice laundry, hot tub, multiple living areas, but most if all we enjoined the extraordinary views and location! Coyotes Den became our home away from home, and we already miss it!

This was a nice property. It was a quiet area and we could not see other houses that were near us. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Beaver Ridge 250 is a great property. Very comfortable with updated interior. It is also very convenient to the Canaan Resort, Blackwater Falls, Davis and Thomas. A great place to stay.

I have rented from Mountain Top Rentals several times and it has always been a pleasant, seamless process.

We enjoyed everything about this property. The house had recently been remodeled and everything was new and very nicely done. Old Timberline is always our choice to stay while in Canaan Valley and the location of this property was perfect for us. Relaxing in the chairs and swing on the porch/deck area.
