Always a good experience to rent from you guys- easy and simple.

We love the view and the location of the house. Overall a wonderful stay with just a few bumps which we just worked around.

Becky is always friendly, courteous and helpful. She has a great knowledge of the area and is able to suggest hiking areas and restaurants.

We love Cody's Place. The views of the Valley from the deck and great room are beautiful. We are able to walk to Dolly Sods for hiking without having to drive miles to get to a trail head. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of room for family and friends. The great room has a sound system so we are able to listen to music while enjoying the view.

Becky is wonderful each an every time. I come down once a year with a very large family and once or twice with just my husband and myself,and she is always so helpful in suggesting which houses are best. Also very friendly. I appreciate you Becky!

Very nice place. Very clean...felt very secluded. Perfect for a couple or smaller family.

Friendly and efficient

A perfect getaway for a large family. The five bedrooms were comfortable and attractive and the kitchen was very well appointed. The hot tub was a big hit, as was the outdoor fireplace. We hope we can return someday. Kitchen was well appointed and plenty of seating at the beautiful banquet table for 10. Kids loved the hot tub. The place was spotlessly clean and bedrooms were nicely spaced throughout the house. The location was nice and secluded.

You guys were so easy to work with! You were responsive and helpful. When our little guy got sick upon checkout you put us at ease and let us use your bathroom to get him cleaned up. We are so grateful!

The house has had great renovations downstairs, which we really enjoyed. New well stocked kitchen, new floors throughout downstairs, enjoyed hot tub, comfy furniture and new deck. Fireplace was very nice, and the cable TV. The entire house was very clean. I'm sure this is a work in progress and appreciate what has already been renovated. We did so enjoy seeing the deer come to the pond that was near the deck, and also enjoyed the bubbling stream. It was nice to have dogs allowed to stay at the house.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.

This was my 3rd time staying in this property and I'm looking forward to the 4th!! Our group loved how spacious the property was!

We have rented through Mountain Top Realty many times. We take advantage of the "4th Night free" and enjoy the ease of payment and quick service. Any time we have had any issues with a property the staff has responded quickly.

We enjoyed our stay and love that it is pet friendly. It can be difficult to find pet friendly locations and we love to bring our furry family members with us. I would love to see more pet friendly locations in the future.

We had a great time at this property! Too many memories are now tied at this place. It has amazing amenities like a hot tub, Grill, firepit for the bonfire, etc. Excellent property!! I would love to rent it out again if visiting that area. It is an amazing place in the woods. Everything was super clean and the property had all the facilities/amenities that were given on the website. I loved the woodwork that had been done in the house with new doors, baseboards, etc. Great place!!

Helpful and kind

Overall very nice, did have battery issue with TV remote but was handled next day, would rent again if we come this way again.

Mountaintop has always been easy to work with.

Not what I'm used to, but overall things were fine. This cabin really needs outdoor furniture.
