Family vacation

Always a fun time with family

Had no issues with anyone I worked with.

The view!! Also, the hot tub and fireplace were great. And the king bed was very comfortable.

We didn't directly work with anyone from your team but the check-in was easy and our emails were responded to promptly (we e-mailed the rental agreement).

The house was spotless and the location was priceless. Quiet, beautiful surroundings in a home that lets you enjoy all the views. Just perfect. Our favorite feature of the house were the big windows facing the back yard space. We could sit on the deck, day or night, and appreciate the beauty of Canaan Valley. We also LOVED the unfinished basement. Our 2 year old son rode his balance bike around and around and had the best time.

Again, a very good property that could be a GREAT property. Regardless, I recommend the home to anyone interested.

Nice, polite. Would have been nice if we could have gotten into our unit earlier which we did by a couple hours but was feeling ill and needed a place to lie down in the AM.

Payed for 2 nights but only needed 1, I had no choice in the matter. The unit again was one of the cleanest I have stayed in (could use some updating, furniture, flooring, etc) including homes in timberline which over the years has been quit a few. Again I would stay in same unit. The unit was well maintained.

Staff was really great. We had a Covid case and could not attend when originally scheduled and even though you weren't required to do so, you allowed us to use the rental on a different date. That was very much appreciated and enjoyed.

The accommodations were excellent. We couldn't believe how complete the kitchen was stocked and the board games were a nice touch. It felt like we were home.

The location of the cabin felt very private, peaceful and the outside was very pretty. The gas fireplace was very cozy and convenient.

The hot tubnot sure it was working 100%. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. We also enjoyed playing ping pong.

20 plus years renting vacation homes in Old Timberline sometimes twice a year, all but one or two with Mountaintop, never had a problem.

Great house, great view, we will rent Alpen View again.
