Very helpful and pleasant

This was the best property for our family! We loved the location and the open floor plan as well as the large bedrooms! The housekeeper did a great job! The place was spotless! Highly recommend Mountaintop Realty!!!!

The spacious open concept living space was perfect. The couches were so comfy and we loved having 4 of them. The layout was perfect.

Proximity to the slopes. Extra living spaces for groups to hangout in.

The big window and view

Overall loved the place! Just would have been nice to turn the tv on and watch the NFL playoff games!

We had a wonderful time staying at the property! Our only issue was the front door was a little tricky to get locked - aside from that it was perfect!

Location is great.

Matt and the maintenance team were very quick to respond to us about the broken stove/oven. Even though they couldn't fix it they did everything they could to remediate the problem and gave us other kitchen appliances to use.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was a short walk to the slopes. It's a great rental house for families, particularly with young kids due to plenty of beds, space to spread out, and the location to the bunny slope.

Most online questions were quickly responded to however we did have to ask three times (between calling and online) about a late check-out.

The location of the property was perfect. Very nicely decorated and felt very comfortable to be there.

Working with the team couldn't have been easier. From the initial check-in/arrival, we had no issues. We also had no issues when having to extend with a winter storm coming in (which gave us an extra day of enjoyment :) ).

The house we stayed at was wonderful and clean, and we could not have asked for any more. Even with minor issues that we encountered, the team was willing to make sure those issues were resolved. We will definitely be staying at one of these properties in the future.

Property is more updated than the photos show, which was a nice surprise.

The Family Place was an amazing and well Kept cabin for a family trip or group of friends looking to get away for a few days. The hot tub was surprising in size and could comfortably fit more people than we expected. Tons of games and kitchenware to make meals and enjoy quality time after venturing around Davis. We got snowed in and had to treck ourselves and our baggage down the mountain where we kept our vehicles before the storm hit so we were unable to take the trash to the provided bin but an overall absolutely amazing time and place to stay. 10/10 recommend.

We highly enjoyed our stay. The views were wonderful and the house was very cozy. Getting to bring our dog made for the best vacation.

The hot tub was the star of the show since we had a fresh 15 inches of snow. Had a wonderful time and the property was well maintained

Fast and efficient

Location

The large kitchen table and all the seating available in the living room. We generally do a family ski vacation every year in the Canaan area. We have stayed at several different places over the years. The family agreed this was the favorite of all the locations we have rented.

The property was convenient and comfy. All of the amenities were new and it felt very clean.

Only worked through airbnb

The hot tub, heated bathroom floors, kitchen appliances, and beds were all fantastic.

Great location for skiing. True ski in and ski out.

Did not really meet anyone but we were happy with all the instructions we received by email.

We enjoyed the entire stay. The location is convenient for reaching Dolly Sods and other attractions, the beds are comfortable and the fireplace was a great feature during the colder days. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi, although the water got cold rather quickly. We had a great time, thanks!

I have no complaints. Everything was handled electronically.
