Very easy to work with the staff; always responded to my emails quickly.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Mountainside Vibes (formerly Spruce Lodge). The few renovations that were done were wonderful and we can't wait to see how it looks next year. The fireplace is amazing as well as the views. Loved the addition of the extra little bedroom on the main floor. We had a little problem with the Direct TV on Thanksgiving Day and the owner herself called me to try to get it resolved quickly. This is the second year in a row my family has stayed and we can't wait to come back next Thanksgiving.

They have all always treated us very well in a professional and friendly manner. They have accommodated us in every way possible and are a pleasure to deal with each and every time I've ever called and spoke to them ( Becky ) has always been very helpful with any questions we have had.

the windows and skylight brought in a lot of light and the outside. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The hot tub was very nice!

The booking process is very user friendly. As soon as I booked I immediately got an email back.

Lost Branch By The Lake was amazing. We are already trying to get all of the family interested for next year. I would highly recommend this house.

Weve been enjoying the Blackwater/Canaan area since the early 90s .. since then our children have grown and now they bring their families to the area! I love how they remembered going there and want the same for their children.. weve been there every season .. always have an enjoyable stay at one of your properties on the mountain in timberline! We loved the HUGE windows. Also the AC/heat made our stay quite comfortable. Gas fireplace was so valuable on these cold fall mornings.

The view!! Also, the hot tub and fireplace were great. And the king bed was very comfortable.

We didn't directly work with anyone from your team but the check-in was easy and our emails were responded to promptly (we e-mailed the rental agreement).

The house was spotless and the location was priceless. Quiet, beautiful surroundings in a home that lets you enjoy all the views. Just perfect. Our favorite feature of the house were the big windows facing the back yard space. We could sit on the deck, day or night, and appreciate the beauty of Canaan Valley. We also LOVED the unfinished basement. Our 2 year old son rode his balance bike around and around and had the best time.

Again, a very good property that could be a GREAT property. Regardless, I recommend the home to anyone interested.
