We were visiting to celebrate my son's 13th Birthday. COVID kept us from having a normal party, so he wanted a cabin with a pool table and hot tub. I asked him what his favorite part was, and it was the pool table Mission accomplished!!

Matt was always quick to respond and concise with his answers. A very kind host.

The entire property was so charming it's difficult to pick a favorite feature. The location specifically stands out, though. You could hear a pin drop at night. A nice change from a busy life. We will surely be back in a Mountain Top property in the near future.

The main kitchen/living/dining area was perfect for hanging out and preparing meals. Plus the view is beautiful!

The large open room was nice for gathering. Also, each bedroom having its own bathroom made for a great set-up. This house was ideal for a family getaway!!

We didn't interact much- but it was fine. I appreciate being able to operate in a self-service fashion. If something would have required a phonecall from me I may have just booked elsewhere.

We had a great time. The house was clean and was stocked well. The loft bedroom is very noisy, but we knew that was likely going into it. Hot tub was nice and big. Location on the very steep mountain was unique, but I couldn't imagine getting up there when the roads were covered in snow!

I didn't have much contact with the team other than receiving a few e-mails. I did e-mail back once (to Becky) and never got a response. It wasn't a big deal, but that could definitely be improved.

The indoor hot tub and accessibility of the slopes! We had the best weekend! Thank you!

Great stay for families or up to three couples!! Plenty of bedroom space, living space. Updated appliances and bathroom. Easy walk to downtown Thomas. Everything we could ask for in a rental property. Excellent appliances. Well maintained. Fully stocked. Roomy for a big family. Close to riverfront Thomas

great to work with

We've stayed at many of the properties at Black Bear, and surrounding area. We liked this cabin a lot for the location and the deck, had it been warmer, would've been a nice feature. There were only 2 of us staying there but it probably would've been tight with 4 adults. The seating in the living room would not be enough for 4 people. Otherwise we loved our stay.

The kitchen was great! Lots of pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. More than what was expected & very helpful! We also like the area by the front door/laundry room to store our ski equipment after a day on the slopes. We loved the gas fireplace as well. Lastly, the proximity to Timberline resort was so fantastic - loved being so close via car

We love visiting Alpha Vista not only for the view, but also really enjoy the fireplace. Overall the house is well maintained, clean, the kitchen is well furnished with dishes, utensils, linens, pots and pans etc., and the furniture and the master bedroom mattress are comfortable (it's only been the two of us so not sure about the other mattresses).

The cabin was the perfect get away tucked in the mountains, but close enough to amenities and places of adventure. :)

The HOTTUB was wonderful and the layout of the house was fantastic. Had a wonderful time, just wish we could have stayed longer!!

Great rental. Appreciate ability to park close to unit and plug in our EV. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The rental was clean upon arrival and check-in/check out was a breeze.
