Just to get out of town

The property was perfect! It was gorgeous, and provided the perfect space for our group of 10. We were there for a girls weekend. We spent the weekend creating junk journals. The rec room was perfect because it provided plenty of space for our craft tables, tools, and supplies. The rental was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful! The hot tub was perfect and the fireplace added warmth and aesthetic value.

Location was great.

The location in the woods is amazing! So secluded, plenty of space, the creek running through the property.

Booking, checkin and checkout were easy and quick.

The cabin always has everything that we need. The hot tub is always rewarding after a long day of hiking in Dolly Sods and the chilled beer glasses are a nice touch! We had a great stay in our greyt escape, this was our fourth time staying in this cabin and we keep coming back each year!

Loved the property, it was very secluded, and fit our need perfectly. The weather was great (which is always a bonus). We totally enjoyed the hot tub and the beauty of the lakes and hiking. It was truly an enjoyable time and will def return!! Thanks so much!

Booking was simple via AirBnB app and check in and check out was easy--even during these crazy COVID19 times. Communication with Matt at the property office was efficient and quick!

Absolutely loved my long weekend at Wintercadence. It was *exactly* what I was hoping for; a fun and relaxing weekend with friends in a cozy and secluded cabin. The fireplace and hot tub were such a highlight. I really look forward to coming back to this property--hopefully in the spring!

Emails were sent out timely with instructions. That part was great. Never received a reply to my email asking some pertinent questions but when I actually called the office, the ladies were very kind and helpful.

The property was perfect for our family getaway and we all really enjoyed staying there. Lovely home and a great place for our family getaway. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The gas fireplace was especially nice and kept the home warm and cozy. Loved the windows that allowed us to look out at the beautiful fall colors.

Private lot!

The team has adjusted to the coronavirus very well, and the check-in/check-out process was super simple. We also felt very safe when we found out that the rental property was in a gated community, which was something that I don't remember reading about on the original booking. Although we didn't personally interact with anyone, the team was very responsive over e-mail and the Airbnb app, so it was very easy to get in touch in the event we needed anything.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! The property exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back for a future stay. If your other properties are as well-kept and in as convenient a location as Timber Haus, then we would also certainly expand our options and recommend stays with Mountain Top Realty to our friends.

The rental process was easy. When we arrived at the unit and had a question regarding the water, they were easy to reach, friendly and helpful.

We would definitely return to rent this property again. The unit was comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and it was well stocked.

Everyone was pleasant and kind. Although I did email Matt a question regarding parking and if the Hot tub was working and did not get a response. I called the office instead.

The hot tub was definitely a plus! The kitchen was well stocked (this detail could be added to your description - ie. crockpots, coffee pots available). We loved the openness of the living room/kitchen area! We had a wonderful time at Huck's place and look forward to visiting again!
