We just love it there! Its just perfect for us! My husband and I stay couple nights alone then the kids and our 21 month granddaughter. This June we will be adding another grandchild! I live there are rocking chairs!!!! I could live there! The internet isnt the best but we are in the woods! Nice there are games to play! Nice there are hot tub towels!

Beautiful

Great for the most part besides missing kitchen supplies and the king bed mattress needs replacing, it is like a hammock you sink into your spot, husband ended up with a hurt back

The location for skiing but overall it was great.

I had a good experience working with the team. I added an extra day after my original booking and the team was responsive and helpful making the adjustment. The check-in process was very easy and office was close to the property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Coyote's Den. The house and views were beautiful and so convenient to all that Canaan Valley has to offer.

Pre-arrival communication was good. Checking in at the rental office worked fine. The rental agreement had been completed online and submitted prior to arrival, but for some reason, I had to complete it again there in the office. We were in two separate groups arriving at slightly different times. Our second group had a difficult time with the guard at Timberline gate . . . he was asking for information they didn't have and didn't know they would need to have upon checking in.

Overall a nice stay.

GREAT experience, the house is awesome and perfect for a bigger family to be together. The kitchen is greatly stocked, lots of cooking, baking & serving options. The wall of windows are absolutely perfect and even better in person. The foyer/entry area to come in from snow activities is great when coming in from the cold.

Great house. So nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Lovely eat in kitchen with big table! Great house, responsive hosts and great location!

I had no real direct contact with any member of your team. I shared a few emails with regards to preparation but basically the VRBO website is pretty self explanatory.

Great winter getaway. The views are to fabulous and the house was big enough to entertain my family of 10 (6 adults & 4 children). We ate every meal at the house and played plenty of board games. Getting to the house in the winter with the ice and snow was a challenge but the community puts down enough ground cover over the icy spots; your four wheel and all wheel drive vehicles are capable. We had the distinct pleasure of visiting during the bomb cyclone in December of 2022. The temperature outside got down to a -38. There were some mornings that the main living areas were cold but ALL bedrooms were warm and cozy. We had a wonderful family holiday vacation and would go again.

Called the office twice. First time because the water alarm was going off - had to push home (which was all over the instructions). Second time because my kids locked the door with the key code inside. Both times were handled professionally.

It was a nice property and well outfitted.

Everyone in the office was extremely nice and accomodating with our reservation.

Very clean. Nice remodeled kitchen and new/plush carpet. The kids loved the board games and cards.

Entertainment and fully stocked cooking supplies

The Christmas decorations were such a nice touch! The abundant linens, towels, pillows, etc. make this an exceptional place to stay.
