Good home on nice lot.

Had a great experience when booking a property with mountaintop, everyone i spoke with was very pleasant and helpful.

We have been staying with mountaintop for 20 years now and every property we have stayed at has been great, everything you need for our stay has been available [ kitchen utensils, bedding,] we will continue to book with them so long as as they have a house available for our group.

Mountain top propertys staff is phenomenal. Becky and Lily have always gone above and beyond and accommodated me in any means way shape or form that Ive requested. And after coming for five or six years strait, the mutual friendship that has evolved has been very pleasing. I did miss seeing their dog this year. Those ladies are always kind, helpful understanding, and available.

Timberly was just what we were looking for! Served my purpose to a T! In the previous years, we have stayed in three different housings one of them multiple times & enjoyed them all, but we really enjoyed staying at Timberley as well. Everything was conveniently accessible. Didnt have to walk a mile back-and-forth to the hot tub and the driveway was plowed down to the gravel, which was a blessing with the slope in & out. Along w other ways the ladies assisted, this house definitely served our reason for coming!

This is a beautiful little valley along the Dry Fork river. Very isolated and secluded for privacy. A very special place.

Staff at the rental office were very friendly.

The six of us enjoyed a relaxing getaway and will definitely be back sometime in the future.

We always vacation as a family and there's 10 of us 6 adults and 4 children.The property was perfect for us it had everything we needed.We love this beautiful town and we will be back!

Excellent customer service!

Wonderful view of Sand Run Lake and the two bald eagles that inhabit it. Also enjoyed being right on San Run Trail for a nice 3 mile hike around the lake. The doggie door out to a small fenced in area was also a big plus. Love staying in Alpen View!

The outdoor fireplace is a family favorite. The pond and the view are amazing.

The house is great - we needed 4 bedrooms and each bedroom was comfortable. The recreation room in the basement was a wonderful addition. The location to Dolly Sods western boundary is very convenient. The woods surrounding the property are great.
